Plans are offered in the form of Reproducible Vellum or CAD Files on CD.
Buyers may modify either Vellum or CAD files and make as many copies and as they deem necessary.
All plans are designed by Jim Phelps and created specifically for Jim Phelps Signature Collection buyers.
Structure is included on the plan. (Since most jurisdictions have their own requirements, you must acquire seals from your local engineer.)
Complimentary pre-designed Sales Sheet includes floor plans, elevations and beautiful watercolor rendering. Comes on CD in Word and Publisher
formats. Builders can customize sales sheet by inserting their own contact information.
All plans are registered by zip code at time of purchase to provide exclusivity of construction to one buyer per zip code.
Reduced set of plans included for easy handling.
Handy architectural scale is included.
Vendor recommendations are included.
Pricing is determined by the square footage range as indicated below.
